As a result of our concern for the acquisition of cutting-edge machinery, we currently have:

  • 9 automated injection machines —from 35 Tm to 1,000 Tm— fitted with, core pulls, hot runner control, sequential injection, etc.
  • 2 two-component injection moulding machines —300 Tm and 500 Tm
  • Ultrasonic welding
  • N2 gas injection facility
  • Pellet feeding systems
  • Water, pressurized water and oil mould temperature controllers
  • Hot runner temperature controls
  • Additive dispensers
  • Pellet dehumidifiers
  • Humidifying chamber for stabilising pieces
  • Two overhead cranes —16 Tm and 5 Tm

The Zeplas facilities cover more than 13,000 m2 between production and product storage. Of these, our subsidiary, Seryplast, occupies 1500 m2.

Quality

Our policy aimed at achieving products of the highest quality was recognised in 1998, when Zeplas was awarded AENOR certification to the ISO 9002/1994 standard, which was adapted to the ISO 9000/2000 standard, in 2003.

A key element in ensuring the quality of our parts is our process control and dimensional control, allowing us to carry out:

  • Approvals
  • Mould measurements
  • Pilot testing
  • Finished product testing
